Yes these belts do work when they are used along with a healthy balanced diet. The idea of these belts is to tone the abdominal muscles, my mum has one and finds that it does work, however you do have to balance the use of this with other exercise and a healthy diet. These belts are not just an easy way out because as we all know, going to the gym isn’t always the nicest thing.
My mum uses her belt as it is difficult with her job to fit exercise in, and she isn’t reaping all of the benefits this belt could be giving her.
The belt works the abdominal muscles in order to tone and slim however if you also do exercises that will help burn off any unwanted flabby bits, you will see a considerable change.
    Good luck

the slimming belts work the muscles around your abs and tuck you in a few inches and harden your abs but they do not drop pounds off you, but you did say you are exercising, which will remove your weight. I have a slendertone belt believe me they are the best ones and you see results in only a couple of weeks. x
