DiEt HeLp!!! Please help Emergency?

I need to loose 40 pounds. I am exercising, and trying to eat right….If is eat grape fruit, or whatever fruit in the morning, then slim fast for lunch and a regular healthy dinner, plus work out How quickly should I loose weight. Does slimfast work, what are the benefits of grapefruit????I dont know what I am doing so please help me, please, I need as many answers as possible!!!

    There are no dietary benefits from grapefruit. You need to eat some protein for breakfast like a poached/boiled egg or some natural yoghurt. Losing weight is the easy part, keeping if off is the problem! Don’t look at it as a diet but as a lifestyle change.

    Yep, like the above poster said, its not gonna come fast, but if you make the necessary changes you can easily lose the pounds in a few months.

    Grape fruit doesn’t really make a difference except for the fact that it’s healthy and good for you. You can also try eating other fruits and vegetables. I have tryed the whole slim fast thing and didn’t find that it worked very much. You’re probably better off eating small meals every few hours. You should try and do about 40 mintues of cardio 5 times a week ( dancing, jogging, etc.) A healthy weight loss is one or two pounds a week, how ever if you are a more heavy set person you will lose more weight at the beginning.
