yes because muscle weighs more than fat so even if u have lost weight u might have lost muscle.

The most effective way to burn fat is to eat less and workout more often, the issues arise when we actually aim to put that into operation! This is true if you lose the weight too quickly – this removes fluid and muscle tissue rather than fat.

yes i did, due to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat and so generally diets focus on cutting calories resulting in muscle mass reduction and fat increase so you should really look at your general physique when dieting and not necessarily the numbers on the scale. It took me alot of time to relise that an up in the numbers on the scales wasnt a bad thing.
