Can you recommend any books or websites with info on losing weight when less mobile eg wheelchair- bound?

I need to calculate calorie need for someone who is inactive and not in great health who has been advised to lose weight. Also some exercises for older people/ people in wheel chair.

I’d try Atkins! I’m on it myself now. It has recently proved to be the best in comparing it to a low calorie diet and Mediterranian diet.

Also a very low calorie diet is good but I found it harder.

On this page you can find a calorie calculator:

you guys could go canoe some where and have him/her row it a little. that helps their upper body. or you could check out these websites— it’s about exercising them without like making it something bad and not fun. Also the one from amazon has like a book that originally costed like thirty dollars but if you buy it used it’s 17 dollars. (!)
