Can you lose weight by playing dance dance revolution in 6 hours a day?

IM NOT GONNA STRAIN MY MUSCLES YOU KNOW!:)

What if i exercise 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon and 2 hours in the evening.. Would that make me lose fat faster??

And i wanted to know if by doing this.. will my legs and thighs would get bigger and have muscles??

    yes, the longer you exercise, the more you will lose, as long as you move and keep active you will lose weight

    You will definitely lose weight, as long as you aren’t taking in too many calories (so don’t think, Oh, I’m exercising a bunch, so I can eat five more cupcakes!). I know a guy who lost a ton of weight by playing DDR all day. And your leg muscles will definitely get stronger, although you might not get visible muscles unless enough fat is burned off.

    Seriously what do you think? unles you are stupid you should realise that you’s probaly get a 6 pack in like a month if u played DDR 6 hours a day lol! and if u did/do…u seriously need a life.

    Your going to loose fat but not weight. when you exercise you loose fat but you get more muscle. Dancing that much a day yes. and you will see results in someplaces jsut more build in another.
