Can you lose some weight by drinking a lot of water everyday?

I heard that if you drink a certain amount of water everyday it can help you lose some weight, is this true?

and how much water should I drink everyday?

    Drinking lots of water is important because it will help keep your skin, hair, and body healthy.

    With that said, when our bodies are lacking water, they will start to retain it, meaning we bloat up. Drinking enough water for your body will make you lose that retained water, so in essence, yes, you could lose some “water weight”.

    Make sure not to go crazy and drink too much water too quickly. There is such thing as water poisoning. You should drink between 50-75% of your weight in ounces. 50% if you are sedentary, 75% if you are very active.

    Yes it is true.

    The reason being is alot of the time when we feel hungary, its really our body telling us we’re thirsty.. so by drinking the water it makes us feel more full, and dont pig out on junk food.

    And it isnt just beneficial during a diet! Its also great for our bodies too, it will make your skin, hair and body feel so much better 🙂

    As for the ammount your drinking, the reccomended amount is about 8 glasses a day.. which sounds ALOT but its actually only about 4-5 pints 🙂

    So thats what i do i drink a pint after breakkie a pint at lunch one around 4 then one at dinner then maybe just a glass before bed !

    But be warned dont drink too much.. so dont go over 5 pints, because you may not believe this but you can die from drinking too much!

    If you dont believe me type in water overdose on google!
    Its soemthing to do with when you drink too much your body cannot handle it and it goes to your brain or something!

    But dont worry im sure you wont wanna drink that many pints anyway !

    So yeah its just 4-5 pints a day ( 8 glasses)

    Ive also heard that drinking really really ice cold water helps in a diet, coz its something to do with your body heating you up and burns callories.. but i dont know!
