Can I remove some of the fat content in Ramen noodles?
I want to lose some fat. Here is how I cook my Ramen noodles.
1. Boil water and cook noodles in it.
2. Use half of the MSG packet & put it in a bowl.
3. Take out the boiled noodles and mix with the MSG packet.
4. Dump all the water.
So does boiling the water remove some of the fat from the noodles? I eat it like this all the time.

Eat half of the noodles,(break it in half) and add cooked veggies you like in it, flavor it yourself.
At least use your own salt and pepper and forget about the MSG packet.
