can anyone tell me a diet that I can lose weight fast?

I am extremely over weight and I need to lose it fast to get into a dress.

    there won’t be any fast ways….those infomercials selling those pills sound so NOT legit to me.

    it’s a very subjective question, but exercise regularly and drink tons of water…eat more greens, eat small portions…

    well…..when i weighed alot it took a couple months,but i worked out like 4 or 5 days a week and ate like 3 times a day and never gave up

Following a high-protein diet over a long period of time can not only cause headaches, but also places considerable stress on the kidney. The important thing is to eat a variety of foods. This includes fruits, vegetables and even carbs. Just remember to be smart about the types of carbs you eat:: whole wheat instead of white.

    5. Eat Slowly! We all get in a hurry from time to time, but it is important to take the time to listen to our bodies. Eating quickly doesn’t give our bodies time to tell our brains that we have eaten enough. Consequently, we continue eating and are left filling stuffed and bloated. Eating more slowly allows us to recognize when we actually have eaten enough and stop—it also helps us savour and enjoy the food we do eat.

    Essential to loosing weight is giving our bodies what they need. This means drinking plenty of water, eating timely and proper meals, staying active, and giving our body the time to tell us when it is full. Our bodies will reward us for our attention.

    First of all you might want to check into why you are extremely overweight. I weighed 206 lbs and found out I was diabetic and by removing fast foods and sweets I lost 30 lbs in 4 months and a total of 70 lbs in 1 year.

    I am not sure how overweight you are but here are some tips from my diabetes educator (by the way diabetic are supposed to eat the way all people should eat):

    * Drink a lot of water
    * Eliminate simple sugars (sweets, juices and sodas)
    * Eat small balanced meals often (5 a day)
    * Read labels and base the small meals on 15g carbs, 10g protein and less than 5g fat (include fruits, vegetables and whole grains)
    * Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day

    Remember that crash diets are bad for your body and can cause life long problems. Good luck on your dress and your health.

    yes! try “RELACORE” you know that comercial ” you need relacore!” ???? you can get it at wallgreens for about $30.00 maybeless(someone got me some so im not sure what it cost but no more then$30.oo dollers it may seem like alot of $ but not for the results!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    well trust me it’s amazeing i took it for 8 days and i didnt eat for 12 days (literly) and i LOST 18lbs in 8 days
    i had to stop it didnt surpress my appitite it completely
    caused me to forget i knew there was such a thing as food

In case you are hungry, eat only fruit, it can be an aple or papaya juice. Eat sufficient carbohydrate, protein and small amount of fat between 12 am to 5 pm only. This is the best time for your body to be recharged with new ‘battery’.     Currently, i use this product from Malaysia called BIODEX and it works for me within 1 month i lose 6 KILOS!. The concept of this product is FIBER. It makes me feel full always so it only allows me to eat little.

    Duke university has a diet that’s been around since 1939. Its called the rice diet. Designed for rapid weight loss. There are books written on it. Check the Internet for more in dept detail. Basically you get 2 bowls of rice (no salt or any spices of any kind) and five fruits a day, and only water to drink no diet drinks or caffeine of any kind! It is an extremely bland Diet but if you have will power it will work. The rice provides both protein and carbohydrates . No veggies for the first 2 weeks. This diet is for extreme overweight people who has to drop the pounds off quick for medical reasons such as blood pressure Etc. Try to find more info before starting.
