Best way to lose tummy fat and thunder thighs?

I’m looking for really effective ways to lose fat (the more the better =]) basically from the area between my waist and my knees. Everywhere else I’m good with. I’ll take any kind of advice. Dieting tips, exercises, anything. And I’m not looking to buy any kind of device or DVD or whatever (unless you strongly recommend it).

Please help! I’m so tired of having to buy new pants because my butt keeps getting bigger! I wanna fit into my old jeans again! And my skinny jeans too 😀

    Cardio helps a lot and try drinking lots of water after work outs… jumping jacks and leg lifts helped a lot for me… also take smaller portions when eating… eat lots of meals but small portions.. try 5-6 small meals through out the day. 🙂 i so know the fit into jeans thing- lol 🙂

    Easy. I divorced tummy fat, then told thunder thighs I didn’t have any money left.

    You can’t spot reduce fat. The best exercise for weight loss are any interval cardio exercises. Also weight training is good because the lean muscle mass you build burns calories long after the workout.
