belly fat loss help really needed please?

im 15, and a guy. I got quite a bit of belly fat, and lovehandles. I already got a tough ab routine that i’;ll do every other day. I have dumbbells at home, of all sorts, and i have a huge hill behind my house. but, what exercises should i do? What should i do in order to speed up the fat loss and be slim and lean before sept 1st (new school starts)

    jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
    evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
    specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
    your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
    to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
    an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
    stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
    for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
    that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
    will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
    body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
    to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
    pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
    crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
    ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

    Dumbbells will not help you get rid of fat, the hill will prove to be quite useful tho.
    Training your abs will NOT burn the fat away from there. You need to do lots of cardio and eat right. You will not lose any fat if you don’t eat right. Start throwing out any junk food from your diet, anything too fatty(bacon, pork etc.) You need to reduce your caloric intake. Start eating 4-5 small(and drinking 2.5 – 3 liters of gas/bubble less water a day) meals a day count the calories you eat, reduce the amount you eat by 500 calories. Now exercising, you have a hill(which i wish i had). A hill is damn good for cardio.
    Warm up properly, jog up the hill and walk down a couple of times. When you’re warmed up the real deal starts. Now you run as fast as you can up the hill with all the force you have, till you reach the end, then you walk down(don’t take too long walking down, try to get down withing 30 seconds to 1 minute time span), then instantly with no rest, you start running up again as fast as you can. Do this for 15- 20 minutes at least 3 times a week(or more). The fat is gonna burn off gradually and fairly quick(faster than doing 1 hour jogging, scientifically proven). If you keep your diet strict and keep up the exercising your love handles are going to burn away and so will your stomach.

    No dumbbells nor anything will help you lose fat(it does but very minimally, dumbbells etc. are for GAINING muscle mass), the right eating mainly and the cardio will do that for you. Good luck to you! Exercise 100% all the time and you CAN lose all the fat you want by September 1’st.

    NO No NOO exercises will help you build strong ab muscles, don’t get me wrong I am not saying that you should stop exercising your abdominal muscles, but to lose your belly fat you can not tell your body to lose fat from this area just by exercising it. What you need to do is to lose fat from all of your body. Cardio exercising can have a good effect but if you can do more hard exercises that focus on training all your body muscles it will be even better.

    And don’t forget that eating healthy food like protein-rich food and vegetables also help. When it comes to losing fat the general rule is to burn calories more than you take in, so even doing the best exercises ever know will not make you lose fat if you are taking in more calories than you eat.
