    but actually I am 0 size UK, size 6 UK, and I am fine with this.

    thnx to there being lots of unique body types and weights and the weight and size will vary per individual.

    A doctor can easly asses if your at a healthy weight or not, basically some bodytypes and structures can be heavier then normal and if u reduce your weight to the supposed norm your actually going underweight all while not noticing much shrinkage in your hips either, because of your bone structure, meaning u have to be skin and bones to thin out.

    reverse is some people have very fragile bone structures, making them very lite internally, they can be normal weight for their height, but be overweight for their body structure.

    but either way, when u look in the mirror, man or female and u can start to see your skin no longer remaining flush and begining to bulk up in non muscualr areas, it can mean u have a fat build up from above normal weight for your structure, the reverse again is if you can clearly define your bones or your ribs for example, you are under weight and need to eat more.

    dont diet, people think that dieting will lose you weight quickly, it doesnt, i found that when i eat things in moderation than i used to i went from 14 stone to 12 stone 5 and that was from eating the stuff i liked in moderation and i started jogging so i got really fit.
    but you dont have to start jogging you can say instead of going up elvators and esculators but go up stairs and instead of getting off at ur stop get off one 1 stop early so u have to walk?

    I have always been a size 10 in trousers, 8 in tops, if these get tight, I start to monitor my eating & increase my exercise routine, but it’s down to how you feel about your own body.
