they dont work hun believe me ive tried them all. try this though it really worked for me ,
i am a 17 year old female who weighs approximately 50 kilos and I am 168cm in height. I go to the gym three times a week for an hour of cardio (mainly on the cross trainer) and according to the machines i burn about 850-950 calories each time. ( i know the machines aren’t that accurate).
    My daily diet is ;
Breakfast: all bran with semi skimmed milk and 2 pieces of fruit ussually nectarines. (300 calories ish)
    Snack: apple (50 calories)
Lunch; turkey sandwich (whole meal break and turkey slices no spread) (150 calories)
    Snack; will bar (213 calories)
Dinner; varied but consists of 300 calories. tonight i had a fish cake, green beans and noodles.
Dessert; 250 calories..maybe and icecream or yohgurt and bar
Supper; cereal with semi skimmed milk (allbran or special k) with a piece of fruit (250-300 calories)

I drink two litres of water each day and i have about two diet drinks and two cups of green tea.
    good luck xxx

You shouldn’t use slimming pills anyway. they make it harder to lose weight in the future and can make you become dependent on them (like most are to their morning coffee – only worse).
But if you really are struggling then I would recommend Hoodia (appetite suppressant) otherwise Holland and Barret do a lot of herbal stuff that works quite well, speeds up metabolism.
good luck, take care of yourself.
    xx

I have tried a number of “pills” and trust me, they don’t work.

HOWEVER, I have come across Acai Berries recently, and they are 100% Natural. I’ve been consuming them for 2 months and have lost nearly 45lbs!

I would advise you to check out this review about the Pros and Cons of Acai Berries – http://www.trustedreviews.us/weight-loss-products/acai-berry-review/

Alli supposedly works, and the side effects are minimal compared to a lot of ‘real’ diet pills – occasional loose bowels and diarrhea. The other kinds that actually work have been pulled from the market.

Though it sounds bizarre, two tips I can vouch for personally are a dollop of coconut cream (just a tablespoon) a half-hour before each meal, and also drinking loads of ginger tea when you’re hungry.

Why isn’t Slimming World working? Do you know? How long have you been at it, and how long do you plan on dieting for?

You dont need pills or fancy equipment. Dont waste your time and money. It will just make you feel foolish when it fails. I wrote a report about post natal fitness. You can have it free. Find it in my profile under Boardman Fitness Expert. Good luck

hoodia does not work and is a waste of money.

for serious weight loss try an e/c/a stack

    e – ephedrine
    c – caffiene
    a – aspirin

    look it up on google.
