Elliptical and Stairmaster are the most hardcore aerobic exercises there is, I hate’em 🙂

YES!! they work your whole body so you will loose fat and get fit if you use them. but only if you push yourself!!
when i use them i either tend to put it on for 30 minutes and every minute put the intensity up by one or i set the machine to give me some interval training which varies in intensity throughout. because i am quite fit as it is i have it on the highest possible level and it gives me a great sweat!!
try the interval training if i was you because in alot of studies that is the training that looses the most fat in simple words.
