Any ways to lose weight fast?

i have been obese for the past 4 years and i am dying to go for a change. i will be turning 20 in less than a months time and i want to make an effort to do something as a i hit the age of an adult. i am really very desperate. Desperate to the extent that if the weight lost suggestion is bad to my health i would do it. JUST ANYTHING TO GET RID OF 20KG OFF ME.

    Please don’t lose weight the unhealthy way. I wouldn’t want something bad to happen to you!!
    Lose wheight the healthy way. Eat Healthy and exersise alot. Not so much that you over excert yourself though.
    I’ve had alot of friends who lost wheight the unhealthy way and thier heart stopped, they fainted alot, etc. (They’re okay now)
    Research some diet plans.

    in addition, get rid of fatty foods, chocolates, chips, french fries, fried chicken, sodas, beers. avoid bread, pasta and rice
    drink lots of water all the time. when you feel hungry, drink a glass of water instead.
    exercise everyday, run around your block or in the treadmill, enroll in a gym and ask for a personal program.

    but also try this way i was eating 3 meals a day now just 2 (breakfast and lunch) , i like meat and chicken but i eat them roasted and once a week for each
    rice, pasta, chocolate are forbidden
    i eat lots of raw fruit and veg, l walk a lot and drink more than 3 liters of water and fresh juice and the result is losing 2 kg per week without feeling tired or exhausted

    morning
    1/2 pink grapefruit
    1/2 tin of beans
    1 slice of dry toast

    Afternoon
    4oz tuna
    2 slices of dry toast

    Evening
    2 slices of cooked meat
    4oz of string beans
    4oz of beetroot
    1 small apple
    4oz vanilla icecream

    Day Two

    morning
    1 small bannana
    1 slice of dry toast
    poached / boiled egg

    Afternoon
    6oz cottage cheese
    6 tuc/ ritz biscuits

    Evening
    2 slices of cooked ham
    4oz of broccoli
    4oz of carrots
    1 small bannana
    4oz of vanilla icecream

    Day three
    morning
    1 1/2 oz of chedder cheese
    small green apple
    4 tuc/ritz biscuits
    1/2 honeydue melon

    Evening
    4 oz of tuna
    4oz of beetroot
    4oz of coliflower
    1/2 honeydue melon
    4oz of vanilla icecream.

    Toast must be dry, tuna and runnerbeans beetroot can be frozen, salt crackers are ritz or tuc only.
    Diet works on a chemical breakdown and really works, you can only use salt and pepper for seasoning, your not allowed sugar and milk, black tea and coffee only and drink lots of water in between.
    The diet is 3 days on 4 days off good luck! 🙂

    I know your dilemma. I’m 21 and I hate dieting. So 3 years ago I decided to drink only water. I still ate whatever I wanted but just drank water instead of soda, tea, coffee, or whatever. Within a few months I lost 30 lbs and 3 years later I still have not gained that weight back and I still eat whatever I want.
