Any tips on running on a treadmill for 30 mins?

I had to do it for 15 Min’s last time and I only just last and it really hurt and really made me dizzy, in 4 weeks I have to try for 30 Min’s, any tips?

    Turn the speed down and dont rush things,run for five minutes for a week and increase it by five each week.

    yeah turn the speed right down until it stops completely……slowly climb off carefully, walk over the the sofa, grab a beer on the way and thank yourself you didnt start anything as crazy as that 🙂

    I run on a treadmill with my MP-3 player with great, high energy music that is sync’ed with my pace. It really takes my mind off the discomfort. I wear an Armpocket with a touch-through screen that allows me to change my music and my pace. Plus, it carries my cellphone and keys so everythings not bouncing in my pockets.
