Any great ideas on how to lose weight fast?

BUT – no eating disorders. My weight’s been up and down up and down. Now it won’t stay down. HELP! ! !
and yeah, it is that obvious to move. Duh. I know that. But even with moving, including running, you can still gain weight. So, i need to know some other stuff, like portion intake, and crap like that. Dude, you’re so preaching to the choir.

    yup its called running/walking a mile 5 days a week. drinking 8 glasses of water, and substituting junk food with carrots, or celery with peanut butters on them


    but you have to GET UP and move!
