Am I overweight? 5ft 2″ and 120 lbs?

I’m 5ft 2″ and 120 lbs. Is this overweight. Also: how can I go about loosing weight quickly without going to a gym???

    If you wanted to lose weight, I would work in some cardio 5 times a week 30 minutes per workout at a moderate intensity. I don’t see why you would need to though.

    u are not overweight….dont worry, but just stop eating bread for a couple of months, you will really see a difference.

    No way are you overweight. The fact that you would question it leads me to think that you simply need some toning. To lose weight would make you look gaunt (too skinny and not healthy looking at all.

    To tone: 3 x a week do about 20 situps, a few lunges, and possibly work with some hand weights. You’ll see results quickly.

    no you are not overweight, and just try and watch what you eat and cut out some junk and trade it in for some healthy foods. if youve never dieted before youll probably drop any extra weght pretty quickly, not that there is much.
