Am i getting fit or am i wasting my time?

I use a boflex every two days but I get disappointed when i wake up in the mornings and im not sore(lol) does this mean its not working or am i just getting used to the workout?

    The worse thing you could do is go on some wacky diet,…you have to change ur eating patterns to a healthy daily routine that can be followed the rest of ur life.

    Let the “sucker born every minute” buy the grapefruit pills, and lemonaide diet…you go get info and learn GOOD lifelong nutritional habits.

    Do some lite weight lifting and 30 minutes of hard cardio 3 times a week. This isn’t reading a magazine on the treadmill. Swim, run, or bike HARD for 30 minutes…or more!

    A Pilates class at the local gym will teach you some great abs routines.
