advice on getting fit?
I am 15 years old.
I am 18 stone 9lbs.
I want to be healthy I want to be fit.
I know the best way is exercise and eat healthy meals.
How do i come up with an exercise regime?
What sort of foods could I use for meals?
My goal is to get fit enough and strong enough to begin learning to do parkour.

Simple answer is slow and steady , If you are 15 and 18stone your best start is swimming arobics or walks of about a mile and start building up from there until you walk about 30-60 mins a day.
Eat small and often, rather than big meals, and only when ur hungary, NOT when your bored. I was 17.5 stone two months ago and am now 15 stone and still going . The trick is to develope a routine that involves keeping yourself occupied and active, and knowing how many calories your taking in – aim for 1500 a day but dont kick yourself if you have 2000 (standard amount for a sensible diet) just know thats how many you are roughly having. Never eat more that three hundred calories in a snack (100 is better) and your main meal when ever that is should be around 700-800 max.
Good 100 calorie foods are
soleros, Baked Crisps, 3 cream crackers, one precooked breast of chicken (195). I also work on the basis that vefggies and salad do not have calories and a pile the size of a haystack is only 100 calories, not true but the calories are insignificant by volume, and i can syill feel full.
Take it slow and steady, i find that if i weigh myself every day seeing even the smalest amount fall off encouranges me , and when i put some back on , and i do , it makes me trry that little bit harder the next day. Also no you pay or reap your rewards on a diet two days later!

P.s. If walking is a pain in the arse, then use a bike ..(walking loses more than cycling but its still good).
