So I am 13 and 220lbs. And 5;10 I want to get fit by next summer and I was thinking about eating fruits and healthy meals and doing yoga every day twice a day I have also been told if I loose the weight I could model so the pressure is on will this help me loose 80lbs. By next summer

80lbs is a huge goal. to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you take in. but if you really stick to a healthy diet and exercises, you could probably reach your goal or at least come close. to find out what foods you should eat go to mypyramid.gov

bmi says you are obese. Go for a run every day or at least every other day. If not that, speed walk at least, a couple of miles. Cut back on carbohydrates and fats, play a sport, get wii fit if you’re into games. Try to workout all the time.
