13 and want to get fit for my first family reunion?

So I am 13 and 220lbs. And 5;10 I want to get fit by next summer and I was thinking about eating fruits and healthy meals and doing yoga every day twice a day I have also been told if I loose the weight I could model so the pressure is on will this help me loose 80lbs. By next summer
